We guarantee the high quality of all our products. Any garment found to be defective will be replaced or your purchase price refunded. In fact, to give you the best delivery possible, we reserve the right to substitute fabric blends of equal or higher quality without notice.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
You may mix garment styles, colors, and sizes and use the combined total to calculate your customization charges if all of the items are embroidered or screen printed with exactly the same design. For example, you may order 36 golf shirts and 36 sweatshirts, embroidered with exactly the same logo, and use the 72 quantity price for the embroidery run charge. Please note: hats may not be combined with other items for quantity discounts.

SUPER-RUSH SERVICE
If you're really in a hurry for your order, chances are we can ship in 10 working days or less for an additional charge of only 10% (minimum $25.00). Please call to request Super-Rush Service. One color screen-printing only.

SAVE ON SHIPPING
Save 2% shipping/handling by pre-paying your order in full by credit card, check or money order. Orders not pre-paid are charged credit card, check or money order. Orders not pre-paid are charged 5% shipping/handling. Actual shipping charges incurred will be billed on all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.

FAST DELIVERY
Most orders ship within 15 working days of receipt of your complete order, including finished artwork. Please allow an extra 7-10 working days for embroidery orders. Additional time may also be required for first-time custom embroidered logos so that we may send you a sample sew-out of your logo before producing your actual order.

TERMS
Net 21 days terms extended to satisfactorily rated accounts when order is accompanied by signed purchase order and credit references.
